MAIN RESULTS
- Diffractive, focusing and imaging multilayer optics has been created for many spheres of X-ray and VUV radiation application: X-ray microscopy, spectroscopy, microlithography, astrophysics, plasma diagnostics, microanalysis, biology, lasers, etc. X-ray optics, manufactured in collaboration with the HPI (Ukraine), has been successfully used in many laboratories of the United States, Japan, Italy, Israel, Sweden and other countries.
- X-ray microscope based on a Schwarzschild objective with a spatial resolution of 100 nm at a wavelength of18,5nm has been created in the world for the first time.
- Two-mirror system for normal incidence to receive the enlarged images at a wavelength of 4.5 nm ("carbon window") has been created for the first time in the world.
- A compact X-ray spectrometer, where a new type of diffraction gratings based on the sections of multilayer structures is used as a dispersive element, has been created for the first time in the world.
- On the basis of X-ray capillary laser a unique compact microscope allowing to obtain dynamic images in real time with a resolution of 30-50 nm has been created in collaboration with the University of Colorado (USA).
